Our ACC policy
If you need a NEW ACC number for your injury this will be actioned through our colleagues at Hobsonville or Te Atatu Chiropractic. A payment of $30.00 will need to be made to them separately. A surcharge for Acupuncture will also need to be paid.
If you already have an ACC number for your injury, you will only pay a surcharge for Acupuncture ACC treatment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 4 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. This policy also applies to no-shows, where a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without notifying us in advance. In such cases, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, but this policy ensures that our team's time and resources are valued and allows us to accommodate other clients effectively.
